The Newcastle Jets Academy is moving into a new era, fully endorsing the “whole club values” that connects from the pre-academy through to the elite teams. The culture embodies the ethics of the people of Newcastle and our desire to produce home grown talent of the highest quality.
Our ultimate goal is to do this by developing our own players who have been influenced by our style and philosophy, work ethic, culture, history of our past and what the club stands for, never compromising, playing the Newcastle Jets way and building foundations for our academy players to develop and grow in our environment.
